At Tallyrand, we believe in working closely with our customers through every phase of the order. We first inspect your existing installation, or drawings and specifications for your new installation, to determine the equipment best for your application. Then, based on this information, we generate a proposal based on a computer performance analysis, which estimates cut off travel, minimum lengths at various speeds, and accuracy.
After you place your order, you will receive installation drawings for all items. At the time of start-up, a service technician will be in your plant to supervise this critical phase. And, should you need service anytime thereafter, one of our service technicians will be there to assist you promptly. We have service technicians based in California, and the Midwest, and we can supply rapid response to all points of North America and beyond.
Our service is not limited to only Tallyrand controls, we also service and upgrade many competitive systems.
